At Vush Australia, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to maintain hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it back to our Australian warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
